I am a scientist and educator who works broadly across disciplines. As a nonprofit leader, I specialize in science, education and advocacy work. I am trained as a behavioral ecologist, and have deep roots in field biology. I got started in my career following a simple, curious obsession with discovering why wild animals behave the ways they do.

I am currently the Managing Director of National Science Policy Network, and Faculty Affiliate in the Division of Biological Sciences at University of Montana.
